We have achieved all plastic packaging to be reusable, recyclable, or compostable.

Terms & Conditions

Points and rewards are valid from Apr 1, 2025 to Mar 31, 2026.
年度積分及禮遇有效期為2025年4月1日至2026年3月31日。
Points and rewards of this program will be expired on Apr 1, 2026 and not be returned thereafter without prior notice.
所有積分及獎賞將於2026年4月1日起宣告無效，一概不獲發還並不作另行通知。
Gift content and rewards scheme may be changed due to stock availability.

In order to receive VIP points, the phone number registered for L’Occitane en Provence VIP program must be the same as the one registered for the MEGA Beauty Empties Recycling Program.

Non L’Occitane en Provence VIP is entitled to one gift redemption per rewarding tier in one year, no repeat redemption is allowed.

Terms & Conditions

We only accept the entire cleaned & dried bottle (no products or water residue) of the above categories. Each entire bottle can be rewarded one MEGA point.
我們只接受以上產品及包裝類別的完整容器，並已沖洗乾淨及徹底晾乾 (無產品或水份殘留)，每件完整容器只獲一次MEGA積分。
We accept tightly sealed and aerosol can, such as fragrance and aerosol hair spray, but no MEGA points will be rewarded.
我們接受密封式及壓縮性氣體產品，如香水、頭髮定型噴霧等不能清洗的空瓶，但不獲任何MEGA積分。
We accept sachets which are cleansed, but no MEGA points will be rewarded.
我們接受已清洗乾淨的試用裝，但不獲任何MEGA積分。
All tube, sachet or refill empties should be cut open to ensure proper cleansing and drying of the empty before recycling.

The annual limit for recycling empties per person is 500 MEGA points.

L’Occitane en Provence will not take care of any empties which have not entitled MEGA Points. L’Occitane en Provence reserves the right to decide the handling of the empties without any prior notice.
